There are two sandy beaches on the Desna River near the Chalet Desna recreation center.
The River Desna has always been famous for therapeutic iodized water, the healing properties of which are so important in our time, especially for the residents of Ukraine.According to the SES, Desna is the cleanest river flowing into Dnipro. It is very important for recreation and tourism that nowadays on Desna there is almost no navigation in any of its kind. The water in Desna is clean and healing: it has a lot of iodine, it instantly heals the wounds, and the fine sand wonderfully grinds the heels (you don’t need any scrub!).

Relax on the beach by the river, enjoying the light breeze and bright sun, which gently caresses and warms. Here you can sunbathe, located on the sandy beaches or relax in the shade of trees.Bathing in Desna will give you a lot of joyful minutes. There is a volleyball court on the shore. So if you like beach volleyball – bring a ball. You can order motoring on the big Gum. You won’t see such views from the car window! You can still ride a boat with oars. And on the shore there are large tents- tents – there are barbecues, tables and benches. Not expensive rent – and relax yourself in pleasure, looking at the river … )))))
